If Shikamaru knew about FTG and Naruto's chakra

Would he have been able to come up with the same plan Naruto did? Or is Naruto really that smart only he could come up with it? I'm talking about the plan to escape Obito's barrier before they all got blasted into oblivion.

If Naruto could, I'd say he can. I'm sure he knows the mechanics of FTG and Chakra. Plus hearing Minato say things such as "he needs to make contact with my chakra to teleport" speaks for itself.
