As for the only three examples you have, Sasuke was calm in the first and third, unless you can provide proof of him having outbreaks during those moments. Fighting Kakashi is the only moment in which he would appear out of control, but even then he does not call out for help seeking answers which would be needed in order for Kurama to break free of genjutsu and a seal.

When Itachi's name comes in conversation Sasuke does not start screaming with hatred and breaking down. He may get somewhat angry depending on the circumstance, but getting simply mad is far from an outbreak. That's completely unique to Naruto because of the separation of Kurama. All other perfect hosts are only able to change places with the Tailed Beast, which would be less beneficial as you agreed to as per this statement.



Once again, Sasuke has never gotten close to an outbreak like Naruto, as mere anger does not allow Kurama to break free. Under the control of the Sharingan, Kurama would be unable to influence Sasuke as well, making the breaking point for Sasuke even higher.

Naruto has lost control of Kurama numerous times. So just because Sasuke might possibly lose control that doesn't disqualify him.

The first part of the post was irrelevant so what was the point of even responding that way. I already responded to the second part. You also said that I have no reason to be in the thread when feats and everything else can be done.
