If Sasuke was back in the Leaf Village

I'm pretty sure he would have been just as good. He probably would have gain MS, cuz Kakashi did some weird way. I do agree though that Sasuke would lack in some areas b/c Oro wasn't there to help

Well if he stayed in the village he wouldve eventually fought itachi. He would know all the fire style techs because those are all konoha. Kakashi couldve taught him that lightning beast technique and his variations of raikiri and chidori. Sasuke invented kirin so who knows what else he could have learned. As we know with Naruto he doesnt have that many techniques but hes strong, its not the number of techniques its the guts to never give up that make a good ninja.

I would say ANBU. That's the option that suits him the best I think. I mean he's always striving to achieve more so I don't think he would be satisfied with being a Chuunin or a Jounin

If this is an if he stayed in the village, then jounin. If this is him coming back to the village, I'd say PoW or such, for ya know, threatening to destroy the village and attacking the 5 kage at the summit and all.
Uchicha macho, are you saying he would be Hokage over Naruto who defeated Pain and had most of the village resurrected after the battle?
