Why doesn't he just use Rinne Tensei to revive them? Obito revived Madara who died like 80 years previously so it doesn't matter how long they've been dead for. Sasuke can just ****in' bring them back to life. And if you think the cost of the jutsu is the user's life (that's not the case but if you insist on saying so), Sasuke can just use izanagi in his other eye so he doesn't die as a side effect.

Oh, and also a Rinnegan user can revive anyone, not just people they killed. Example Kakashi was revived even though he died from chakra exhaustion, not directly from any of the Pains.
