The reason i'm asking is because seemingly, Sasuke does not appear able to deactivate his Rinnegan. While not in battle, presumably to avoid overexertion, Sasuke chooses to keep his Rinnegan shut.

So like I said would sasuke need to wear a headband to cover that eye or would he be able to deactivate his rinnegan.
