Sasuke doesn't need CM. He can already add senjutsu to all his attacks. His chidori already got a boost as it was black at one point and he can use it to easily slice through juubi jins.

Sasuke just needs to discover the other rinnegan techs like Nagato. Once he does this, even Kaguya will be fodder. He'll be able to absorb or repel all jutsu and use soul rip on Kaguya.

Each is suited for 2 different things Sasuke could never blitz Naruto because Naruto is the fastest shinobi period...Proof you ask...Kaguya took Sasuke to the other dimension because he couldnt react to her S/T jutsu if she attempted that on Naruto she wouldve grabbed air. Then he is complimented on his speed by the strongest character ever..so Sasuke blitzing him...Naw Sasuke does have PS that flies but Naruto can fly period which makes him more agile..."he couldnt hit sasuke through PS" i beg to differ... Neither has Sasuke tried to Blitz Naruto or seemed comfortable enough to even consider it because HE respects Naruto's speed and reflexes if you look at it from their POV Sasuke doesnt know what Naruto is capable of and vice verse. Before Sasuke talked to the Hokage's; He and Naruto weren't in contact since the Kage summit..they knew nothing about each others power or tactics...you think Sasuke would win because he's "smarter".. Sasuke is also cocky when it comes to dealing with Naruto and think about how he acts now..besides the fact they have to seal Kaguya !! he respects Naruto because now he understands what Naruto meant when he said
'If We Fight we're BOTH gonna DIE!!"

He would have been extremely OP and would have been capable of defeating Sage Naruto
-His Susanoo would have been far more powerful with Nature Energy (especially Perfect Susanoo).
-His Chidori would have been enhanced as well (like the time during Naruto Vs Sasuke Part 1).
-His S/T Technique would've probably had a lesser restriction time and be more advanced.
-He could have had two Rinnegan by now if he had the Curse Mark
-He would have still had wings (both even if Deidara destroyed one)
-Amaterasu would be even more Powerful, and quicker to use in battle.
-He might have been even been better at using Genjutsu (but this one I doubt)

If Current Sasuke still had that damn curse mark he could've actually been equal/above to Current naruto.

Natural energy doesn't make jutsus stronger, senjutsus does and CM was weaker than imperfect SM and Kabuto called it "pretension trick".

The Chidori being enhanced wouldn't help when Naruto's jutsus are enhanced with Senjutsus+Bijuu chakra and yes Sasuke is currently using Senjutsus much greater than CM due to it being from the Sage.

CM wouldn't do much for his Rinnegan when the senjutsus he's using now is stronger and no he wouldn't have 2 rinnegans.

A bit sad you don't know the senjutsus chakra he's using now is >CM which is nothing compared to SM according to Kabuto. Naruto would still be stronger anyways, BM alone showed to have more power than PS and EMS Sasuke was even jealous of BM Naruto power when he wasn't even at full power (he had to borrow chakra from Minato/Yin Kurama).
