Well in my opinion , Naruto and Sakura would be depressed and they would want to get revenge on the Akatsuki .
Itachi would probably quit his job of being a spy , return to Konoha and tell them about Pain and Tobi .

Gonna have to disagree with that last part. What about Sasuke using Orochimaru's power to summon Manda is plot shield?

Well Zetsu watched the fight so he would tell Itachi at the Uchiha Hideout that his brother is dead .

Itachi would have been in Tobi's place then. That much is certain, as there is nothing more he loved in the world more than Sasuke.

Naruto would have become completely unstable, as he's almost the same as Itachi. He loves Sasuke without a doubt.

Juugo would have never found stability, as like Kimimaru, Sasuke was his leverage for sanity. This guy's fate would have been worse than death.

Sakura, Karin, and Ino would have committed a join suicide by fapping themselves to death in front of some random Sasuke pic. True Story.

Really though, something I like about Sasuke is that he almost always moves the plot forward which is why most fans get excited and want him to return after one of his 3-6month hiatus's. For example after he ressurected Orochimaru, he didn't show up for quite a while and the war was getting stale as fu*k - corny Naruto speeches, draggy and lame chapters and literally everyone wanted him to come back because people he knows that he moves the plot forward.

The manga would be pretty boring without Sasuke imo.
