Well as of currently, if Sasukes sharingan were to get extracted and Naruto demon
Then I'd say Sasuke would win, cause he still would have the ability to use Katon jutsus, kirin and the taijutsu he''s copied over time

Ofcourse not, if a Uchiha has his eyes taken from him he is just a regular shinobi maybe just higher because of the bloodline and if he/she knows more jutsu instead of relying on their eyes. Same with Naruto without Kurama.
