I already proven that Sasuke did all his research on sage mode,itachi called him Dr snake.If Sasuke have all these knowledge and past experience with sagemode ( via curse mark) then Sasuke can get sage mode.

Naruto used 50+ clones to get sage mode at a earlier time.Sharingan should able to see the area where chakra is being absorb or the % ratio taken in the body

Kirin is a technique that allows Sasuke to control lightning.
Turning your chakra into fire/water/earth/lightning/wind =chakra nature manipulation, and it's not the same as drawing in natural energy=sage mode...
Sasuke has mastered chakra nature and shape manipulation, but not sage mode.
