What does barley mean to you sir?

He missed once, and so did Naruto and they both have the same sensing abilities.
Sasuke has sharingan which predict movement ahead of time.
Naruto has senjutsu which predict something similar, idk.

They both hit him dead on (well would have) while he was in speedy motion.

If he could hit them, then yes, then it´s the same as with Itachi. But just because one has something doesn´t mean it´ll guarantee success of course. Such artifacts only matter if you´ve got the chance to make use of them, and unless you stab the Totsuka-no-Tsurugi into something for a short period of time then the sealing effect won´t appear. Just slash at something and it´s just a really sharp and dangerous weapon like the other Susano'o weapons are. I would like to see how Obito's current attack jutsu would react with the Yata no Kagami of course too.
