Naruto may be stronger because he would have spent more time training instead of going after Sasuke.
Sakura may also be stronger because she may have been training instead of being obsessed with Sasuke.
You are most likely right, Neji would be Narutos rival.
I dont think Sakura would have liked Naruto and yes, I do think they would have met.
It would also be interesting to see who the third member of Team 7 would have been.

if sasuke didnt exist..well then...

i still think naruto and sakura would have been on a team together cuz he had the worst grades and she had the best...the teams were based supposedly on scores and maybe a couple of other things. as far as the other team member, good question lol. sasuke is pretty essential to the series but the uchiha would have still been destroyed, naruto would have trained under jman still and would probably be best friends with someone like rock lee or shikamaru. i think sakura would have eventually developed feelings for naruto, the only reason she hasnt completely is due to sasuke (obviously) so poor hinata lol. if it wasnt for sasuke, i doubt team 7 would have went on half the dangerous missions they did at first so i doubt naruto would have died then...but sakura might have a few times over.....i still think naruto would be hokage but you wouldnt have half the drama lol

2.Only reason Jiraya and Naruto met up was because Naruto was training with that special jounin dude, if he was training with Kakashi then he would not have met or seen jiraya.

While that is true, I'm Sure jiraiya would of Met naruto some other way.

Maybe a few years laters on, jiraiya was very close to Minato and was appointed as naruto's Godfather.
