I know he needs one and big time. I mean i guess we can say we haven't seen his 4th EMS tech, but i don't think that will be enough.

you never know maybe sasuke might have won the lottery well not sasuke actually i don't know but i'm guessing that while sasuke was living with orochimaru he might have done the lottery and suigetsu might have found the lottery ticket and discovered sasuke won the lottery who knows.

Maybe the scroll had something about a Sharingan sage mode?
Or that Sharingan eye with all those dots.
Could be about the Rinnegan though. I guess that would make sense....

Tobi is a boring character right now. I don't have any excitement on him. He doesn't even have strong powers.

I think he is an interesting character overall, but that's me. But he was using the paths and monsters before. So he could still have things that he hasn't shown. Maybe he keeps it a secret because if he shows his other techniques then maybe it would give away his identity? Like say he has fire jutsu, well if he does a fireball jutsu the mask is going to come off. :hypertobi:
