if sasuke gets PS could he fuse it with his hawk

That hawk he summoned wasn't big enough to big the boss summon of the hawks. If he couls summon a boss hawk I would love to see him do this.

Given Danzo's testament, it's implied that all the Mangekyō techniques can be mastered to their highest points. Madara using Mugen Tskuyomi is an indication. ​
