If Sasuke get"s Rinnegan would he solo Madara?[Explanation]

By having mastered two things that none Uchiha has, I say he has a better chance than Naruto.

He might even have some type of Sage mode that jugo gave him (probably curse mark).

I would love to see that fight like now though.

Legit answer NO; Sasuke would not be able to beat Madara even if he had Rinnegan and a tailed beast with him-why?Simple because we are talking about Madara here.
