the only reason Sasuke didnt use Amaterasu from the beginning is because he wasnt trying to kill B! I will admit that he underestimated B and his abilities as a perfect jinchuuriki, it was the first time he ever faced a perfect jinchuuriki! That is the only reason he got trashed!

the moment he had to go for broke B was screaming like an old woman! and realizing his MS powers a moment later after having to save Karin, he captured B.

Even B admitted, Sasuke was one of the strongest he ever faced!

Because from what I saw he was stabbed by Bee's swords, his chest was shattered and he was fooled and carried one of Hachibi's tentacles all the way to Akatsuki's hideout.
I may have different ways of seeing this "owning" thing but I don't think Sasuke owned Bee.
Now, I do think he can do better against Bee, maybe he can win, but back then he wasn't owning anyone.

This isn't an excuse. Sasuke's purpose was to capture Bee, while Bee's was to escape. Sasuke could have started with Amaterasu from the begin (being able to stop it anytime) but he underestimated Bee and paid for it.

And like numbers says he almost died and this thread, as pointless as it is, is about if Sasuke fought Bee alone would he won (about that I think there's something wrong with the title, he thought he won it) and I don't think he would have.
Sasuke just get his MS and wanted to win against a perfect Jinchuuriki, it's not like when he fought Danzo so it's pointless to compare that Sasuke with Sasuke who fought Bee.

He wouldnt have had the opportunity to hide under water if Sasuke didnt have a shred of decency left in him. If youre going to ride B that hard try to make it less obvious.

Even Kisame had trouble with B, and had to exploit B's handicap, the Tanuki and the Enka ninja, B exploited Sasuke's handicap to survive.
