is that person kishi? i believe your too hardheaded to understand what kishi wrote my friend, he obviously said it CONVERGES on the spot. sorry but your a bit too biased to debate with. Also its impossible for it to be burning someone, then it converges, since in order for it to burn it must converge. Meaning come together to burn that specific person.

the Sasuke, Killer Bee fought in the first encounter might of gone at things alittle more conservatively if he didn't have a team with him. i mean come on you know for a fact almost anyone would go balls to the wall if they had a full restore of chakra and health just sitting there waiting to be bitten in to.

but none the less i dont feel like Sasuke was on Killer Bee's level at that time. so i think it would of end with Sasuke losing. (mostly due to the fact that most of the fight he was just a 3 tomoe sharingan that barely progessed to MS) still Sasuke genjustu he put on Killer Bee was a pre-MS one, i dont feel that was a tsukuyomi.

so at that time Killer Bee>Sasuke.


but

Sasuke's abilities are still unknown and how he dealt with Danzo. at his MS level was quite remarkable. just imagine starting you day with breaking in to a top secret military installation. fighting gaara and his two right hand men , 4th raikage and his two right hand men. escaping to fight the mei, then almost die, fight onoki just to be saved by tobi. then go on to fight Danzo with his crazy arm. after that alittle sparing match with kakashi. then leave right as naruto gets there to save sakura.

i mean thats alot of shit to go through in and evening.

now that we have a great unknown for his current level of power.... we can assume it is at a very least equal to that level.

so i say Sasuke now vs Killer Bee... killer Bee goes down mid difficulty.

While it is true that Killer bee's Swordplay and Taijutsu outclass sasuke's The Susanoo Ribcage with Amaterasu Covering nullifies these Talents that Killer Bee Possess. With this Amazing combination of Blaze Release and Susanoo Attacks such as these:

Killer Bee Battle against the weakest Sasuke ever seen in the shippuden series and this is supported by the fact that he was Still no fully healed from his battle with Itachi:

Sasuke's Snake powers and Curse mark was sealed and was now battling with literally no knowledge of his own powers. His Lighting style was counter by the fact that Killer bee was also Lighting style.
Killer Bee has no attacks that would Break Blaze Release Susanoo so his Taijutsu and Sword play as stated before would be useless.
To Your Arguement about Killer Bee being distracted by Suigetsu when Sasuke used the Amaterasu, this is what Suigetsu looked like before Sasuke used the Amaterasu:

True this does catch the eye, but I think Killer B was finished with Suigetsu.

Killer B has no hope, fighting from a range leaves Sasuke the victory because Amaterasu, Susanoo Arrow and TBB All have the fact in common that they are 1 Hit Kill Moves. Sadly, TBB Lacks the speed feats to match up with Amaterasu and Susanoo Arrow. Leaving Killer B Destroyed.
Overall Low-Mid for EMS Sasuke
Mid-High For Experienced MS Sasuke(The One that battled Danzo and Raikage)​

TBB is strong but chances are he'll get hot before even pulling it off. Bee has to first gather the chakra, stabilize it, ingest it, the fire. Meanwhile all Sasuke has to do is blink for a second and unleash amaterasu, fire a blaze arrow, or spam blaze magatamas on a giant target.
