If Sasuke does get Rinnegan

I'm confused. Let's say Sasuke does get rinnegan, how will it prevent him from dying?

I understand it's a powerful eye, but every time Nagato uses it, he pants or is tired. In addition, the last time he used it, it actually inflicted more pain on him and make him scrawny.

Overall, I'm just curious if the same would happen to Sasuke if he does awaken rinnegan.

IMO: Sasuke stabbed in heart + Sasuke bleeding out + Possible injury from Rinnegan = Death?

It's not that it would save him. Some just speculate since he's near death, has EMS and somehow, because of what Hashi gave him, he'll awaken Rinnegan.

The Rin'negan's full potential has yet to be revealed. As far as we know, they may be an unrevealed Rin'negan technique that would help Sasuke heal his wounds if he indeed does awaken the Rin'negan. Not to mention that Sasuke currently has Juugo's cells and Hashirama's Chakra inside of his body and both Orochimaru and Karin are nearby.​
