From what we've seen, he's been reincarnated through Uchihas. If Sasuke dies, any possibility of the Uchiha lineage continuing is no longer possible. The only other clan I could see him being reincarnated into would be the Hyuuga and only because of the ocular powers they possess since Indra's power lay within his eyes.

I have to go with what the other user mentioned. The way Indra was, I wouldn't be surprised that he only selected those who are of the Uchiha Clan. Ashura didn't believe in power accomplishing everything like Indra, which is why he chose Naruto as a transmigrant.
So he wouldn't go to someone who doesn't have the Sharingan.

yes, if sasuke dies now, indra`s chakra dies with him. that`s what naruto tried to say. usually the transmigrants find another host before the death of their present host. sasuke still has indra, if anyone dies, the rivalry will end. so naruto is accepting that he needs to kill sasuke.

Even if the true lineage of Uchihas end with Sasuke, Indras chakra will transmigrate onto someone else with the same ideals [Searching for power]

It's a never ending cycle as long as their is no resolve to Indra

P.S. There are plenty of Uchiha eyes which Obito stored [Although they're unable to awaken the Mangekyou, if someone attains Ashuras chakra they are able to awaken the Rinnegan] .​

OP- don't listen to these ppl. All their answers are based on speculation and assumptions. One thing we've learned throughout this arc is there are no hard and fast rules. Kishi does not establish any rules to give himself flexibility. Then ppl wanna get pissed that Kishi's writing doesn't align with their assumptions and speculation. SMDH.

Unless Ashura and Indra make peace through Naruto and Sasuke there is absolutely nothing stopping Indra's chakra from transmigrating to someone else. Yes, the last 2 hosts were Uchiha, but there is no hard and fast rule saying it MUST be an Uchiha and there is NO rule that says the host MUST have the sharingan. Hell, Indra didn't have the sharingan so IDK WTF these ppl are talking about.

If you google reincarnation, you won't find anything that says the spirit is limited to their own lineage. Indra could very well reincarnate himself in someone from some other random village and that person could rise to power through the strong will, skill, and battle sense that Indra has and become Ashura's reincarnation's rival.

The power of the hate doesn't necessarily have to manifest through the eyes. It manifested through the Uchiha's eyes bc their eyes was the source of their power. If he shifted to a Hyugga, the Hyuga might manifest some new power on acct out Indra's chakra. If it migrated to some other random clan, the power via hatred would manifest in whatever way that clan's power source is.

Kishimoto made it out to be that the only way to break the cycle was for suckske to cooperate. In a single chapter, he seems to have scrapped that idea. Who knows what he will pull out of his a$$ now.
