Sarada sealing Sasuke's eyes in her would be no different than Kabuto sealing Orochimaru in him.
And she would be able to activate his power as oppose to just taking her own eyes out.

Manga states the tailed beasts where pretty much manifestations of chakra or some nonsense like that, which makes the mito thing make sense. If sarada somehow sealed sasukes chakra then maybe I can see a change in the eye. But she ain't sealing an eye....

They're living forms of chakra femme.... that's why naruto is seen as surrounded by pure chakra in his lower tail modes, it gets denser and starts turning into the fox, regardless of it being a physical being it originates as chakra, sasukes eye doesn't.... it's an eye
