Even if Sasuke did not leave the leaf, Itachi would of done something to bring Sasuke out. Like Kidnapping Sakura or a number of any other things. Itachi needed to die by his brother's hands, by any means.

Once Sasuke killed his brother and returned a hero. Obito would of began to enter the village and drop hints that everything is not as it seems. Sasuke would eventually start to question everything leading him to figure out the truth.

If he was Hokage, Naruto most likely wouldn't of been able to leave turtle island. Would probably been KA'd or killed to prevent Kurama from being captured or a number of things.

He would of probably been better fighting Madara but that's a stretch.

The methods of his training's were far too crude. You must have seen what happened to Sai. He did a brain wash to him, made him emotionless ,feelingless and senseless as he thinks ino is ugly and he trains his students together so in the end they have to kill each other.
I dont feel it would've been a plus but he sure was loyal to the village and cared about it

Yes that makes village stronger NOW as Danzo is dead and only had like 1 hour of his hokageship or else he would have created blunders for the whole village and wouldve made enemies with other villages like what Granny Chiyo used to think of Konoha as an enemy village.
In a nutshell he only wanted an army of obedient strong dogs who would obey him and protect him without any questions

As a kid(before the uchiha incident) he was a nice kid, he got along with his classmates which is proven through his behavior in class grades and teamwork grades being perfect they only dipped after itachi made him into a power hungry kid.
