Madara said he will focus on Naruto and killerbee inorder to extract the tailbeast.Madara will extract them because If you believe Sasuke cannot defeat Madara then who will save them?
If the 9 tails is extracted that just means that SM Naruto is enough to solo Sasuke.

Naruto have overuse his plot shield too much,this is why he cannot use his speed blitz to counter the chain or any other opponent.Therefore the chance for him to be extracted is high
