I think that Naruto would be able to convince them to allow him back, begrudgingly. No one would forget his crimes, but they would learn to accept it.

Actually if you think about it the only crime against konoha that sasuke commited was the attack on Danzo, but danzo has commited so many things that he could be seen as a bad guy. And also the closest sasuke has gotten to this war is when he helped itachi against kabuto, so actually thus far, unintentionally, he has helped the shinobi more than he know,

Sasuke won't come back to the village, I think that will be his choice more than anything, he will be in the village at some point because of this.

Naruto will definitely change him as the message of the manga is 'getting along' and that is what Naruto does with everyone.

i think sasuke has already change since he is no longer focusing on revenge again. Even orochimaru admitted it when he saw him. besides i think he might be accepted back since most of the circumstances that has happened is not his fault. And when the truth is told he will be vindicated. but if he is not accepted i think he might go and live with granny cat and her granddaughter but naruto will definetly not allow him to leave the village anymore. he will make sure the truth is told so that sasuke will be made to stay in the village.

another reason why sasuke might be accepted but is that sakura will be severly heart broken if sasuke is not allowed into the village again. she loves him tooo badly that i do not think she will even let any girl get her hands on him. besides the last thing i want to see sakura cry again becasue the guy she loves badly is not allowed into the village. just this once let's just say sasuke and the village are even and let them put the past aside for once and restart over. besides the uchihas were also the ones who were part in establishing and creating the village so sasuke as an uchiha has a share in the village also. it is time for peace and the village and sasuke to put their twisted and messed up past behind them.
