If Sasuke can unseal Oro from Totsuka...can Minato be brought back from RDS?

I'm not gonna sit here and write a huge wall of text explaining the question, the question explains itself and I would like you guys to write the walls of text to answer it, because I'm legitimately curious about this.

I know little of either seal, so please educate me. I'd love to see Minato REALLY come back, I think it'd be awesome, but is it possible?

Totally agree. And if minato came back he would have ninetails chakra i think. but oro wasnt fully sealed only the part of him he left in sasukes curse mark seal. Anko was oros last chance of revival if that curse mark was sealed hed be sol.. i still think oro has a way to negate the dead demon seal but it hasnt been revealed yet

If Minato could be liberated so can Hiruzen. It's not gonna happen. Their cases are much more different Oro. He lingers on every curse mark, so he wasn't able to escape. He was in a jail waiting to be released tho. It seems Sasuke isn't as bad as we thought.

If Naruto knew as much as Sasuke does then he could have unsealed Minato when they met but now it is too late as Minato's chakra is no longer present.
