If Sasuke became a 10 tails jinchuriki would he be above Madara?

Suppose Sasuke as a 10 tails Jin squared off against Madara as the 10 tails jin with both rinnegan, who do you think would prevail?

1st round: 17 year old Sasuke from end of the war arc eats a newely created chakra fruit from the infinite tsukyomi transforming into a similar form as Madara with the same chakra level as him

2nd round: adult Sasuke obtains the same form and Madara is ressurected somehow and re-collects the tailed beasts and becomes a Juubi Jin once again, still same chakra as each other just different ninja utilizing that power

Round 1: Either can high diff this. The only reason I'm not giving this to Sasuke, is because of the large gap in power between EMS Madara and EMS Sasuke and the fact that Sasuke also has to worry about Limbo.

Round 2: The gap between EMS Madara and EMS Sasuke is only so big because Sasuke was only 16 years old with a newly discovered EMS, and Madara was over 30 with his. Well assuming that the gap is closed with age then Sasuke shits. The are both the same, only difference being Sasuke has half Hagoromo chakra. Madara has Hago chakra too, but a much smaller piece. Sasuke has also shown rinnegan feats that > Madara's. Example being a core less CT.
