Technically, Sasuke is the official winner but knowing that you'll die fairly quickly (in this example) from a severely ruptured heart, neither of them really won, they both caused each to destroy each other.

Physically, it's a draw. How does Sasuke win when he apparently can't kill Naruto without giving up his own life? It doesn't matter if Naruto died first, since the injuries inflicted by Naruto would kill Sasuke, therefore both opponents end up dead, which equals a draw.

If you're asking about philosophy, neither won because they can't shape the world the way they each see fit.
