Some of you are WAY off topic. this is a battle in the chuunin exams. Naruto did not have sage mode/kyubi control, nor did Sasuke have MS or adept Sharingan usage. I have to give it barely a draw.. If anything, Sasuke would be recovering fromhis fight with Gaara assuming that he beat an unstable jinchuuriki in the first place

It's hilarious. Naruto can't use shadow clones, kyuubi chakra or rasenshuriken. Without clones, he can't use rasengan effectively either

If we are talking about the time and their abilities way back to that chunin exam, Naruto would win, he is Kyubi Jinchuriki, he has regen, he has unlimited chakra, and Sasuke doesn't have a jutsu that can have fatal blow against Naruto back then. The givens are not fair, back then Sasuke has only 2T Sharingan and Naruto already have the Kyubi.

1. Man, your boy got humiliated vs. Bee. Almost killed 3 times.
2. He fought Raikage and got his ass saved by Gaara.
3. He fought very old Oonoki who is not higher than his knees and need to be saved by Tobi.
4. He got his EMS, fought Kabuto and got ****ed up, he doesn't even know what to do, if not for Itachi he could have been dead.
5. He charged one eyed Madara and got one paneled by a sword.
6.He got his Rinnegan, Yin Power, fought Kaguya, and he was further humiliated, been caught and throw out of the other dimension and need to be saved again by Obito and Sakura.
7. He didn't even land a single fatal blow against Kaguya with the power ups he got and instant teleport.
8. Now he is fighting Naruto, he got uber power ups again, forcefully took the tailed beast chakra put it in his Sussano and until now he hasn't landed any fatal blows against his opponent.

Even know a 3tomeo sasuke would be too much for nardo even with sagemode his reflexes would be enahnced only allowing his some combat speed. Nardo part was so slow sasukes speed motion and was about to solo him had yamato not stepped in.
