I highly doubt any form of medical ninjutsu can heal MS blindness. It seems to be more of a fuinjutsu cost rather than medical blindness, otherwise it would be easy to treat, and you wouldn't have to rip your brother's eyes out.

Hashirama's DNA doesn't heal the eyes, it works with the eyes due to the Indra and Ashura lineage, to prevent blindness, not heal it.

He was pretty good and was a chuunin. Sarada is not clearly better than him. Especially after Sharingan awakening its debatable at Age 13 based on the fact he was Chuunin.

The only thing that Obito has over Sarada is Fire Style.

Something that she can easily learn given her CC feats, talent, and Uchiha prowess. Though the only Obito that's a challenge to anyone would be the one that fought alongside Kakashi with his 2T.

He needed the Sharingan to be strong. Every Obito after that is an overkill, plus had MS so...

Obito doesn't have Indra's chakra though, and if Hashirama's cells don't heal his eyes then Obito should've gone blind. You're right that Hashi's cells prevent blindness but imo it's because they have the ability to regenerate new cells.

Obito's eyes would remain rejuvenated like Tsunade's body under the influence of the Byakogou. The seal shares the same regeneration feats as Hashirama so having it should prevent blindness like the Senju cells.

Btw eye transplants are beneficial because it gives a major power boost, without them Madara and Sasuke would never have unlocked the Mangekyo's full potential. I think it only works on transmigrants though.

She awakened the Sharingan through emotions of joy as opposed to Madara, Obito and Sasuke who awakened it through grief and sadness. So she could awaken the Mangekyo without having to see someone she loves dying.

And you don't need to be a transmigrant to have your sharingan amped by Hashirama's DNA. Obito's Kamui never caused blindness, Danzo's Sharingan duration were vastly boosted by Hashirama's DNA.

As far as we've seen, only Hashirama's Sage Mode grants any sort of healing ability. But either way, Sarada with MS and Hashirama's DNA (somehow) would be fine.
