If Boruto were to kill Sarada, it certainly wouldn't be with Chidori, since she has sight/precog advantage. Chidori creates vision tunnel for the user who don't possess the right doujutsu. To be honest, Sarada would be in advantage there, which means it's more likely for her to kill him, not otherwise.

It would be the dumbest thing ever for Boruto to use Chidori against Sarada.
