Well, Karin already told her face to face that Sasuke was hers and Sakura didn't do anything in the manga. But they're pretty much friends now due to Sarada.

But on the other hand, if Sasuke banged Karin or any other in front of Sakura, Sakura wouldn't do a thing. She would just go run and cry. Sakura is basically a walking doormat
