Juugo is much weaker than Sakura. Sakura punch disperese his body through out the air, he wont be able to reform

Sakura has come leaps and bounds since then anyway, and now she's a Jounin with a record of being able to land a hit on the strongest Byakugan user and blitz a guy with multiple Sharingans.
