Anyway a super fodder like Sakura has no chance of laying a finger on Sasuke, he is too fast and strong for her to even get close.

sakura already tried to attack sasuke at oro's hideout even if she couldnt kill him with poison kunai (plot armour more than anything else). sasuke would simply die. thats why kishis never let her hit him
