To add to it, she did it woithoutbeing specials. Of course it'll take her 3 years!
She's not a senju, tailed beast jinchuriki or a uchiha. Her chakra reserves aren't as high.

that might not even be the case... yes tsunade is part senju and uzumaki... however it could be the experience that tsunade has that allows her to fill up the seal so quickly..

of course increased chakra would help there is no doubting that..

also im sure trying to help heal people aswell as filling up the seal isn't an easy task where as tsunade normally has it prepared before hand with most things..

not to mention even before the war started she was always behind the desk where as sakura might have been out on missions.. so having that spare chakra to fill the seal up with might not be easy

There's two kind of haters. The reasonable ones and the mindless ones.

Characteristics of a Reasonable hater:
-can find a reason why they hate a certain character (and no, it's not because it's something COOL to do. Come on guys, we're not kindergarten anymore)
-hate the character still but except the character's growth, development, strenght, etc.
-are not in denial

Characteristics of a Mindless hater:
-hate the character for no apparent reason at all (it's normal sometimes but we need to use our brains more)
-deny anything that proves you wrong
-is bias (example, if you're a Sasuke fans (sorry to Sasuke's /Hinata/ Karin/ whoever's fans who are not like this though) Karin fans or Hinata fans or whatever, who hates Sakura or whoever (but Sakrua's seems to get the most hate), shot down every god damn good reasons that proves she's not useless and weak. Find every little details that they can use to bash her even though some don't make sense at all.)

Now this is a great example. Sakura got saved by Sasuke and Naruto, it doesn't mean that she's weak. It brings out the possibility that she looks weak because people keep saving her, not letting her show her true powers. It's something called 'teamwork', ever heard of that? Even strong ninjas need to be save. If you're someone's fans who hates Sakura, you'll definitely take this opportunity to bash her, like right now. BUT if your favorite characters, for example Sasuke or naruto, got saved, you'll deny it, saying they're strong. I mean, how unfair is that? Don't go bash characters that got saved.

So, what type of hater are you? Be honest. =D

To be fair, we have no idea how long she can hold that jutsu. All we know is that she can now tank almost any hit other than sealing and Amaterasu (which no one can "really" tank).


Still, it'll be fun to see her start punching things into the ground...like 60 ft deep.

I wouldn't say she's surpassed Tsunade in strength and skill just yet. We need visual confirmation of her killing things with a finger flick. Also, if she can hold her jutsu longer than Tsunade can.

As usually Kishimoto always has the girl saved even after she does something heroic. Most importantly though, it was to symbolize the uniting of Team 7. Sasuke who tried to kill her, rushed to her side to protect her, then Naruto made a comment about her forgetting him, then Sasuke started to try and best Naruto. It was Team 7 of old all over again! It was basically making us also think Sasuke is totally on their side, but Jugo's panel moment makes me wonder...

Sakura still has more to come and instead of gasping over Sasuke or hitting Naruto, she told them to knock off the fighting and that it was time to attack as a team. Her growth mentally is coming along as nicely as her power, but Kishimoto still can't give females a break. lol

The way I interpreted it is that she needed to store a certain amount of chakra to create the seal, who knows what she'll do when she releases the chakra again. Specially taking in account that she's been storing chakra there for three years.

She just leveled a portion of the battlefield and destroyed a lot of those things but yeah, one would surely defeat her. I don't see how she couldn't have just shooed that thing away, it just so happened that Naruto and Sasuke were watching her back.
She isn't on par with Naruto and Sasuke but she proved herself more useful than most of the alliance in this chapter.
Speaking of which: it's sad how in one panel the rookie nine did some power rangers pose as if they were going to do anything... just for the focus to be completely on team 7 again right after that panel.

The manga implies, and foreshadows that she'll be on par with them. Why are we denying what's stated in the manga.

It's mind boggling how people can make baseless statements, and deny what's clearly stated. In-denial.

yeah that's what I think too. tsunade stores chakra into her yin seal relatively quickly, but I was always under the impression that her strength came naturally from her senju lineage, as opposed to sakura using chakra to boost her strength. so the yin seal doesn't exactly boost your strength, releasing it into creation rebirth/byakugou does. so either kishi needs to add something or he messed up, or sakura always had this level of strength.
