fanfic, in the real manga naruto had no chakra to heal himself or sasuke, thats the only reason sakura was able to be "useful" and heal their arms. any other healer could of done that simple healing. its not like she stopped their heart from beating

Sauce had to use that fire jutsu as a distraction due to Naruto's sensing ability but Naruto already noticed that Sasuke had used his S/T jutsu to get behind him and mitigated his attack.
