Naruto is immune to a lot of physical pain in Sage Mode, and He is also Extremely strong. I mean he can throw a giant rhino haha. Sasuke is not that strong, but he is extremely fast. But i doubt he could physically hurt naruto in SM.

However, Sasuke is incredibly intelligent like his brother, so he will know how to use his abilities to his full advantage against naruto.
