i dont think it would help with his taijutsu much
lee does not use gentle fist... so it would be rather pointless him even getting a byakugan, it would be a lil to much work for him to go and learn a whole new fighting style when he has spent all of his life trying to perfect his own style to defeat gentle fist :')
