Madara would not have taken his sharingan because he would not of unlock ms and his eyes were still weak back then

I don't think he was concerned with whether or not he would get an ms out of it. He told Obito if he moved around too much he'd rip off the new body he just tacked onto him and he'd die. But that would be okay by him because he could always use another sharingan. He only had one eye at the time.
