We don't know enough about his fighting power to know, it's assumed he was as powerful as a god, hence why he is regarded as one.. it's hard to picture him outside of Naruto. I don't really get the question being asked though I guess to actually give an opinion.

Considering Marvel has an omnipotent and a lot of multiverse level characters, Rikudou wouldn't stand a chance there. I think it's the same case with DC as well.

Rikudou isn't DBZ level either. He'd probably be moon level strength at best, but even then early Z characters could do that muc.h

He should probably be above One Piece level though, considering how strong Juubi is, Rikudou being above that means that he should be able to take on nearly any One Piece character as far as I'm aware.

Rikudo Senin can not compete against SuperMan and some other Marvel Characters. But considering about 1 Piece, He can defeat most of the characters. About DBZ, I am not sure because we have not seen his true power levels yet.

I hope you realize that Marvel has The One Above All, an omnipotent. You know, those entities that have absolute unlimited power and can do anything they want with the omniverse? Rikudou is strong but could never be an omnipotent. Omnipotent essentially means that they could not possibly lose in the first place. Even without The One Above All there are characters like Galactus, who regularly devour planets and could destroy the universe at full power.

DC also has characters like that. As I recall, Pre Crisis Superman actually destroyed a solar system by sneezing, and Superman is far from the top of the chain there.

Pretty much everybody who matters in DBZ can destroy planets. Rikudou is hyped to be strong, but his hype has never suggested that he is on that level of strength, and even then the gap in speed between DB and Naruto is immense, Rikudou is most likely far slower than the top tier DBZ characters.
