Some couple of guys said plot no jutsu exist. Lets say like any time a fav shinobi is befeated but another their fans don't always accept it the next excuse the fans give is that plot no jutsu made their fav character loose If plot no jutsu really exist like you said can you do me the honor by naming a shinobi that has never used it in is or her life.

Said Hiruzen twice , but I would say this is the best example.

No way Hiruzen beats both Hashirama and Tobirama, and end up taking out Orochimaru's arms. Doesn't happen.

No reason for Kakuzu with 80 years of expirience (15 as about genin age) decides to charge and opponent RIGHT AFTER going into LONG RANGE mode. Just doesn't happen. And you don't just stand there after killing s clone -.-

Everything that happens is for the sake of the plot, but hey there is no story if the main characters get killed off
