And you're making the assumption that Orochimaru can he couldn't even handle Sage mode in the past not sure about now but with Hashirama cells anyone can be a Jinchuriki but we're talking about fiction so any Shinobi with sufficient strength and Hashiramas cells or a Sharingan it's possible
