If Orochimaru was sealed by Itachi, then how is Sasuke going to meet him?

Remember when Orochimaru was sealed by Itachi (The sword of Tatsuka) during his fight with Sasuke? That's Clearly Orochimaru.

If Orochimaru is sealed In the sword of tatsuka by Itachi, and Itachi just disappeared along with Edo Tensei and is officially dead, then how the hell is Sasuke supposed to meet him? :shrug:

This doesnt really make sense. We know that Anko, and Kabuto have Oros. cells, but he isnt actually Inside of them like he was with Sasuke. I dont get it.​

i think he is going to draw oro out of anko, but prior to that he is seeking madara about his past so he can find he true self. and as far as the scroll i think it told of a secret sharninganpower not rennigan or anything something else and he is seeking oro because he was pretty much a sharningan nut so he is getting him to show him how to use/discover/obtain this power. just my thoughts.
