If Orochimaru killed Kabuto?

Old news Madara is free from the "CONTROL" of Kabuto and when Edo ended Madara was all like "Hell no I'm not going with you hippies back to the other world." So he stayed so like what if Orochimaru killed Kabuto? Would Madara vanish?
