If Orochimaru is evil, Would the edo hokage's Be at risk?

If Orochimaru is secretly evil and plotting something, Wouldn't he Release edo tensei so he can remove the edo hokages who would pose a huge risk for him in his plan?

If so When do you think he will Release the edo tensei jutsu?

I believe that He will release the edo hokage's once Madara, obito and the juubi have been defeated and Orochimaru will be the last antagonist left in the battlefield.

What do you think of this matter?

Not until they defeat Tobi and Madara. Then all bets would be off, especially for Third, I would think. He definately wants Sasuke's body and said as much as soon as Sasuke revived him in #593. I think if he has a chance to get 10 tails DNA or even the ten tails itself he will take it.

I don't know whether or not their souls have to go back where he took them from, but if possible he will try to put them where he could have them for future use if the chance to do so comes up.
