If only Minato was absent

We all know Tobi is a mastermind of all villians in the Naruto verse. Could he have successfully destroyed the leaf village if Minato was absent.

This means:

- slipping pass the barrier
- extracting the fox from kushina
- Taking out countless jounins,chunins,genins
- Defeating Hiruzen

I predict he would not have completely destroyed the Village, but weakening it enough for other villages to attack. More or less of the scale of Pein's attack. What do you guys think?

Complete Destruction? or Repairable?

Edit: For the Sake of it. I'm putting Hiruzen subsituting Minato in watching the birth of Naruto. It is obvious for a Hokage to watch a jinchuriki to make sure the seal is not broken.

Lol without Minato, it would've been a massacre, Hiruzen sealing the Nine tails along with himself and Kushina, then Literally if the Uchihas and Huygas don't support the village... then we would have not had Naruto Manga, it would've just stopped right there!

Lolz, countless Shinobi with sealing Jutsu... You do realize her clan was destroyed because of their skills in sealing ? And Minato was using a sealing of her clan, meaning, he was using to top-class sealing jutsu. And even him had trouble doing it xD. Besides, it was a secret birth giving, not anyone would have been allowed to go there

They would have found someone else. Minato has good sealing abilities but I'm sure they're better out there. He was known to use it best during battles though.

If Minato was to be absent and Hiruzen was to step in I am sure they would think to teach him how to handle the fox seal.

...It's called preparation. They knew about kushinas pregnancy for a long time. It would be ignorant to say only Minato knows how to handle the fox seal.
