It would be the same really... Oro had Tsunade and Jiraiya as friends, look at Sasuke, the dude had someone who was like a brother to him. Friends do change who you are in the most cases, but seeing that Kabuto wants to find who he is and himself, I would see him being Like Sasuke. That would be case 1, case 2, he would end up a VERY friendly person seeing how he was around his mother and the others..

Orochimaru wasn't a friend...He was a superior brother parent...yeah all 3 at the same time
