[Discussion] If one of your friends can read minds, how you deal with this?

I'm watching Kotoura-san again. Even though I finished the anime long ago. I always wonder and imagine, how am I gonna deal with a close friend if he/she can read minds? How to think? How to control my thoughts? Should I be honest with myself and others? Watching this anime made think deep of myself, my thoughts and beliefs.

Imagine you're in a situation where one of your friends can read minds. How you deal with this?

As for your question, I'd say it would be creepy and it could potentially kill our friendship because I want to keep some secrets away from those that surround me. If they know what I think all the time, it would eventually annoy me.

hmm, thats a interesting question

it would probably deepen the friendship because theyd realize how much respect i actually have for them. in return i also think theyd have more respect for me as well after seeing my thought process in action. i make a lot of stuff seem effortless only because they dont know how calculating and how much of a perfectionist i actually am, only because i dont want them too...because i want it to seem effortless to them

i would actually probably love to be around them, wouldnt even have to talk much. i love people that can guess what im thinking because it actually rarely happens so it would be nice. also some of my quirks and abnormal behaviors would probably make more sense to them which would make me more comfortable. someone who understands me completely, id probably fall in love tbh
