Well, if Obito has MS, then no question he would lolstomp Itachi, and save the clan

If he didn't have MS (because rin never died) then it's an open bag. We don't know how strong he would've been and even Itachi has only recently gotten MS, so it's unknown whether Itachi could've used Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu proficiently enough to fight Obito.

Overall, I would say, Obito wins, he would've been much older, and even though Itachi was a prodigy among prodigies, Obito had more experience so I'd give the win to Obito

You said "If Obito wouldn't have turned evil" right? There is no indication that he wouldn't have met Madara, in which case he still would've had Senju DNA and saw Rin die and able to awake the MS. In which case he would've been able to come back and become Hokage, for sure, and thus no Kyubi Attack, no coup'ed'at either. Itachi would never have awaken the MS, because Shishui wouldn't have died.

But let's for a second believe the situation would be same except that Obito would've had came back, then boy, Itachi and Danzo would've got solo'd.
