If Obito used Izanagi we won't see his kamui anymore...

Really Kishi? If that come true he will be a one eyed jin, I don't care about Juubi's power, his Kamui was cool... he would be a boss with Juubi and Kamui, taking away one power for another sucks.
Although under Madara's control his eye was like not his own eye anyway...

Hmph. Didn't think of Izanagi being used, but then again we only saw Obito's Rinnegan while he was the Jinchuuriki.

However, he could have used the RINNEGAN to use Izanagi too.

Don't forget that Izanagi is stemmed from the Rinnegan.
