don't forget what Gaara has done and now he's Kazekage :heh:

Garaa isn't the same. He wasn't a criminal or missing-nin and the people he killed was the guys send to assasinate him and some other fodders no one saw him kill.

Even though he did kill people, he was still a sand shinobi and followed orders. So him attacking the leaf village was the sand villages fault.

Obito and Sasuke are missing-nin and international criminals. Garaa was never one of those, plus Garaa proved himself and earned the title.
