If Obito had, rather than traveling to Kamui world to save Naruto, remained on the front lines fighting Madara, the good guys would have won allready, except naruto and guy would be dead but who cares.
Seconds after Obito left, Guy showed up to fight madara. Had obito stayed, the fight would have remained mostly the same, although madara would be more interested in getting his eye from Obtio, but intangibility GG, so once guy had his Madara with Night Gai, Obito would have been able to extract the Bijuu, Thanks to madara being heavily injured and Obito having an affinity for the bijuu when he was juubi jin.
If he couldn't do it solo, there was still Kakashi, Minato and Gaara, Although as he was able to steal parts of Shukaku and Gyuki from a completely healthy madara.
If that didn't work, then you are forgetting that sasuke then showed up, and began curbstomping madara. This would give Obito another opportunity to extract the bijuu, more sucessfully since sasuke would be helping.
Madara would be dead, Kaguya would never rise, and only 3 people got killed defeating madara. Guy, Naruto, and Sakura because obtio "Forgot" to get her back.
