If obito grew up and killed kakashi, and got the MS, would he be stronger than sasuke MS or Itachi MS?

I think he would because once he activates his MS, he'll have susano, amaterasu and Tsukyomi AND Kamui. Which gives him the extra boost.

What do you guys think?

He can't have Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, Kamui and Susanoo. Considering you need both Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu to awaken Susanoo (Yes Sasuke has Tsukuyomi), and he would have Kamui + one other ability, he wouldn't even have Susanoo. Added to the fact he was in no way a genius I think we pretty much know what the answer to your question is.

When I said as masterful as Itachi I was talking about Tsukuyomi. When I said as masterful as Sasuke I meant Amaterasu, Sasuke has Blaze Release so he's very masterful of Amaterasu. Wasn't so hard. Was it?

Well it's not impossible. Everyone let's think back to a simpler time when Shisui's eyes were still alive. BOTH of his eyes had KA, so does that mean he didn't have a second power or did he have 2 powers in one of his eyes? Not everything is known about the Mangekyo so everything here is mere speculation. And threads like this are why there needs to be another databook.
